Concept:
A fresh take on a traditional tea room. The restaurant serves a wide variety of tea options and light eats for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The
restaurant is known for its unique tea & food pairings, especially dessert. The interior should take a modern approach to traditional elements of
a tea room. The restaurant also has a retail space that sells their unique teas.
